Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Final Export Checker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Final Export Checker is a professional video analysis software application that helps users identify technical issues in video files including:

• Black frames, LOG frames, and media offline detection
• Audio analysis for drops and clipping
• Quality control reporting and batch processing

License and Usage

Licensed Use

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Final Export Checker
• License is valid for the duration of your active subscription
• Usage is limited to the number of devices specified in your subscription plan

Permitted Uses

• Analyze video files for quality control purposes
• Generate reports for professional and commercial projects
• Use in post-production and video editing workflows
• Educational and training purposes

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Sharing your license credentials with others
• Using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to circumvent licensing or security measures
• Redistributing or reselling the software

Subscription Terms

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Mac App Store
• Charges are processed by Apple according to their terms
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through Mac App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Free Trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial
• Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• One trial per user/device

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store
• Contact Apple Support for subscription refund requests
• We may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues

User Responsibilities

System Requirements

• Ensure your system meets minimum requirements
• Maintain up-to-date operating system and security patches
• Provide accurate information for license verification

Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all video content you analyze
• Ensure you have rights to analyze any video files
• We do not access or store your video content

Account Security

• Protect your Apple ID and subscription credentials
• Report any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Privacy and Data

Data Processing

• Video files are processed locally on your device
• We do not store or access your video content

• Basic device and license information is collected for verification
• Anonymous usage data may be collected to improve the App
• You can opt out of analytics in app settings

Intellectual Property

• You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your video files and created reports
• We claim no ownership over content you analyze
• You grant us no rights to your video content

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability

Analysis Accuracy

• Results are for guidance only and should be manually verified
• We make no guarantees about detection accuracy
• You are responsible for final quality control decisions

Damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• This includes loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Professional Use

• Maintain backup copies of all important video files

Client Work

• You may include analysis results in client deliverables
• Generated reports may be shared as part of professional services

Updates and Changes

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates

Terms Updates

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

Termination

By You

• Cancel your subscription anytime through Mac App Store
• Uninstall the App to stop using our service
• Some Terms survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers)

By Us

• We may terminate service for violation of Terms
• We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds except as required by law

Compliance and Legal

Export Control

• You are responsible for compliance with export control laws
• Do not use the App in prohibited jurisdictions

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by United States law

• Any additional Apple policies that apply

In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms take precedence for App Store-related matters.
